Pawd does not collect analytics or usage data. We do not operate servers or databases. Your app connects directly to your VM—we are never in the middle.
All your data—conversations, agent configurations, task history, and integrations—lives entirely in your VM. Pawd does not store anything on our infrastructure. Everything stays in your control.
When you connect services (e.g., Gmail, GitHub, Slack), integrations run in your VM. Pawd does not access or store this data. You control and revoke integrations from your VM settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use Pawd in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the platform for illegal activities, to distribute malware, or to abuse system resources beyond your plan limits.
Pawd aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance through in-app notifications.
Content you create using Pawd belongs to you. Pawd retains no ownership over your agent configurations, task outputs, or any data generated within your home environment.
All your data lives in your VM. Export, backup, or delete it anytime—it's yours. Pawd has no access to it and nothing to delete on our side.
